Return Policy Overview:
Return Window:
You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Reasons:
Only damaged or faulty products qualify for a return. Returns & exchanges are not accepted if you ordered the wrong size, color, or changed your mind.
Proof of Defect:
Photo evidence of the defect is required.
Reprint or Refund:
Depending on the situation, we will either offer a free reprint or a refund.

Return Instructions:
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (like food, flowers, plants), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (like beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
No returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
If your item is shipped to the EU, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
